1、 Warranty terms
1. Asia Dragon original Bluetooth speaker will enjoy free warranty service within one year from the date of sale. During the warranty period, if the product host itself has quality problems left over from the production process and defects, defects or damage caused by non-human factors, it can be repaired free of charge. If it cannot be repaired, it can be replaced directly. 2. In any case, Asia Dragon's warranty liability is limited to the scope specified in the warranty certificate. The warranty certificate will not be reissued after it is lost. Please keep it properly together with the sales certificate. If users apply for after-sales free warranty service, they shall ensure that the warranty and anti-counterfeiting QR code, invoice (the invoice must indicate the purchase date, product name and merchant name), original packaging box and accessories of the broken machine are complete. When applying for after-sales service, users need to submit the above data and be verified by Burke customer service. If any data is missing, defaced or cannot be verified for other reasons, our company will provide paid maintenance services according to this policy. 3. If the user's purchase of Burke products has passed the one-year free warranty period, Burke can provide paid maintenance services. However, not all products requiring maintenance are provided with paid maintenance services. For example, the products you purchased have been broken into several pieces that cannot be repaired; The product you purchased has been discontinued for more than two years; The parts required for product maintenance have been discontinued and cannot be replaced. Burke reserves the right to make a final decision on whether to provide paid maintenance. The warranty period of products repaired free of charge or replaced by replacement is still calculated according to the purchase date of the original product for one year. 2、 The warranty declared by Asian dragon does not apply to the following situations: 1. Without warranty card (or warranty anti-counterfeiting QR code), packing box, accessories, valid invoice and other warranty certificates; 2. Non product quality or performance failure; 3. Any accessories or gifts attached to the product; 4. Rechargeable batteries or disposable batteries (the service life of these products depends on the frequency of use by users); 5. Failure caused by incorrect use of the product in accordance with the operating instructions (e.g. incorrect operation, mechanical damage, or use at incorrect voltage); 6. The information (warranty and anti-counterfeiting QR code, bar code, etc.) on the products sent for repair is damaged, lost or altered, or damaged by other human factors; 7. Failure caused by aging loss; 8. Damage caused by disassembly and assembly not authorized by Asia Dragon; 9. Failure or loss caused by force majeure; 10.
